Evidence of achieving my maths goal

My maths goal is to have a quick recall of 2-10 times tables and divided by.

I have learnt how to work out my times tables and am even using doubling and halving and a little bit more and a little bit less strategies to work out times tables bigger than 10.

Evidence of achieving my writing goals.

My writing goals are to use capital letters and full stops.

This picture shows that I am using full stops and capital letters in my writing.

To edit my own work to make
even more interesting.

This picture shows that I have made changes to make a more interesting sentence.

My last goal is to use a range of language features like alliteration, similies and personification.

This shows that I have used a similie to show that we zoomed in the car as fast as flash. I compared me to flash using the word 'as.' My goal is to use more alliteration and personfication in my writing now that I am using some similies.

Evidence of achieving my reading goals

My reading goals were; to extend my vocabulary.
This show's how I  have learnt what  more words mean. I have got better at knowing what words mean but I am still learning new words all the time.

And to summarise the main idea of the text in my own words.
I haven't achieved this goal but I'm still learning to summarise the main idea of the text by using notes.

My last reading goal is to ask my own questions when I am reading.

This show's how I have been asking a range of questions when I listen to our big book. I have asked search and find inference and opinion questions.
